Delivery Policy
POINT OF ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Having placed an order, you will be informed on the status of your order via e-mail that you have provided during the ordering process. The order shall be considered accepted by Stara Rakija d.o.o. only after we have sent you an order confirmation via e-mail.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time will be displayed during the ordering process on the Website.
DELIVERY TRACKING
You may track the status of your delivery via the link you will be sent with payment confirmation and order confirmation.
DELIVERY PRICE
Order delivery is free as displayed in the ordering process on the Website.

In case of replacing goods, the customer shall cover the costs of the goods return.

DELIVERY PROCEDURE
The order will be delivered to the address within the period of time indicated in the purchase order. A person to receive the delivery shall be present at the address. The courier will make at least two attempts to deliver every order. If the courier does not find you at the address, they will call you on the telephone whose number you have provided when creating the purchase order, and arrange new delivery time. If the courier does not find you at the address for the second time too, the order will not be served to you and your money will not be returned to you.

During the delivery handover, it is necessary to perform a visual inspection of the package to check whether there is any noticeable damage. If you notice that the delivery package is significantly damaged and suspect the product might be damaged as well, you have the right to refuse delivery receipt and immediately inform us thereof via telephone +381/ 60 365 00 09 or via e-mail office@stararakija.com. If the package shows no visual signs of damage, you may freely receive the delivery and sign the address form.
