WEBSITE PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS – PURCHASE PROCEDURE
You can order all products displayed in our online store www.stararakija.com, in a quick and simple manner. All you need to do is find the product you want to buy and leave your information, whereas we will do our best to deliver the ordered goods within the time specified in the purchase order.
After you have accessed our site, continue to product search.
When you decide what product you want to buy, click on the relevant product and add it to the basket. When you do this, a new window will be displayed in the upper part of the screen offering you the option of all basket contents view, as well as the option of continuing directly to payment.
If you have finished the product selection process, click on the “payment” option to open a new field where you need to insert information about yourself and your address.
The next step you should take is check your purchase order, respectively determine whether you have ordered all items you wanted to buy or you might have omitted some products. In the next step, purchase confirmation will be displayed which you may print or simply note down transaction information – transaction status information (whether the transaction was successful or not), order ID number – ID number of each purchase order is unique, the amount you have paid and the transaction currency, the last 4 digits of the card you used for payment and card type or card brand, bank authorization code – a unique number for each successful card transaction, and transaction date and time.
The online shopping process is finished after this step. Thereupon, you will be informed on the status of your order via e-mail. The order is accepted by the merchant only after we have sent you an order confirmation via e-mail. The ordered goods will be delivered to you within the time specified in the confirmation.
